By submitting this ballot, I confirm that I have read and considered the propositions listed above and have provided my honest opinion through my votes. I understand that a “checked” entry means the proposed server operations and community participation would be adopted.

wish you proposition
Select the proposition you wish to take effect server-wide in AyyYuh™
Proposition 1 (Economic stabilization; Income assistance programs; Workforce development) – Provide the AyyBetterYuhHall Stabilization Program with a $3.8 million loan to create additional opportunities for underperforming, lower-class individuals to earn a livable and playable wage within one week of participation, with sufficient effort allowing members to earn approximately 75,000 YuhKarma per month.
Proposition 2 (YuhKarma rewards; Chat activity incentives; Item pricing) – Increase the YuhKarma earned from chatting in general channels by 250%, raising the reward range from 100–500 YK to 350–1,000 YK. To fund this increase, raise the price of Forbidden Cult Yamo from 305,050 YK to 605,050 YK.
Proposition 3 (Bond issues; Quest funding; Economic development) – Issue a $2.4 million loan in general obligation bonds to fund additional quests and create opportunities for further growth. This is estimated to increase the number of available quests by 20% and the total amount of Gold earned by 30%, with a proposed Discord bot consolidating these services into one location. The changes must take effect before the end of 2026; otherwise, all active Showrunners will be fined.
Proposition 4 (Employment income; Chat reward frequency; Wage increases) – Increase YuhKarma income from ;work and other command-bot methods by 200% and increase the frequency of earning YuhKarma through chatting by 80%.
Proposition 5 (Wealth taxes; Debt assistance programs; Public education funding; Server customization) – Levy a one-time 5% tax on the accumulated wealth of taxpayers and trusts with covered assets valued at more than $1 million to fund server-customization programs, debt-assistance programs, public education in history and fine arts, economic-growth training, and financial counseling.
Proposition 6 (Robbery regulations; Bot command access; Theft prevention) – Robbing through the ;rob command will no longer result in a fine. The Income Bot may also be used in #bot-commands, providing members with additional opportunities to earn income while reducing their risk of being monitored and robbed.
Proposition 7 (Gambling regulations; Betting limits; Fine rates) – Increase the maximum Blackjack bet from 750 YuhKarma to 5,500 YuhKarma, establish a maximum Roulette bet of 30,000 YuhKarma, and increase fine rates by 2%.
Proposition 8 (Insurance programs; Theft compensation; Charitable funding) – Breezecare Insurance will cost 150 YuhKarma per day and refund 80% of YuhKarma lost through item loss or robbery. Losses caused by gambling, fraud schemes, or scams will not be covered, and all profits will be donated to charity.
Proposition 9 (Public participation; Survey compensation; Showrunner accountability) – Each response requested or required through a Showrunner’s public announcement or survey must provide at least 1,000 YuhKarma in compensation. Failure to provide this compensation will revoke the Showrunners’ robbery protection until the next announcement or survey is issued.
Proposition 10 (Ballot initiatives; Community representation; Proposition approval requirements) – Once per month, any community member in good legal and financial standing may be elected to serve as a representative of the people and submit a proposition for a public vote. No more than two elected representatives may serve at one time. A proposition must first receive approval from two-thirds of the current Showrunners and will take effect immediately if it subsequently receives a two-thirds majority in the public vote.
Proposition 11 (Profile customization; Marketplace items; Community service; Influence and expression) – Permit the sale of a marketplace item that allows an individual to place a quoted statement or screenshot on another member’s profile, including a Showrunner’s profile, subject to all established conditions and rules. A member may complete six hours of community service to move these quotes farther down their profile and make them less visible as the member demonstrates personal improvement.
Proposition 12 (Community reward programs; Stamina incentives; Lotteries; Government levies) – Every Friday, if the community consumes more than 1,000 Stamina, the total amount spent will be multiplied by 100 and awarded as YuhKarma to one randomly selected community member at 6:00 p.m. PST in the Event Shrine through the Wheel of Fate. Additional rewards may be distributed based on attendance, while certain results or rewards may instead be subject to compulsory government fees or levies that support the economy and local government.
Proposition 13 (Command legalization; YuhKarma rewards; Criminal fines) – Legalize the ;slut command by reducing its failure chance from 20% to 0%, while reducing the amount of YuhKarma it awards by 30%. The current penalty is a fine equal to 1–3% of the user’s net worth.
Proposition 14 (Sales taxes; Gold transactions; Event funding; Marketplace fees) – Impose a 2% sales tax on goods purchased with Gold, which may be paid with YuhKarma through the YuhKarma-to-Gold exchange. Tax revenue will increase YuhHall Entertainment event payouts and prize pools by 15%. If approved, fees on all GHD items will be reduced by 25%, and the chance of gaining Gold instead of losing it through items such as Destiny’s Draw will increase by 10%.
Proposition 15 (Channel permissions; Rank-based media access; Foreign policy) – Members ranked On the Rise may no longer post images or GIFs in #general. Only members ranked Broadcast Talent or higher may use these permissions. Individuals who send more than 50 messages or spend more than 16 hours in voice channels may be granted the Broadcast Talent rank.
Proposition 16 (Event-Based Property requirements; Event hosting; Property forfeiture) – Owners of Event-Based Property voice channels, such as MPH Movie Mondays, must host at least one event in the designated EBP each week. Failure to comply will result in a fine equal to either 1% of the owner’s net worth or the estimated value of the EBP, whichever is lower. After more than four consecutive weeks of noncompliance, the EBP will be auctioned to the highest bidder who intends to continue its function or repurpose it.
Proposition 17 (Event-Based Property classification; Channel ownership; Owner liability) – Text channels that serve specialized purposes and are not controlled by the general public will be classified as Event-Based Properties and treated accordingly. Anyone who contributes to or manages an EBP domain will be considered an owner and share responsibility for meeting its requirements and accepting any resulting consequences. Examples include Poser Explains, Quote of the Day, and similar channels.
Proposition 18 (Moderation authority; Ban regulations; Financial penalties) – Members ranked Viral Sensations or higher may ban anyone below Trending Stars, provided that the ban is reasonable and properly documented. An unjustified or faulty ban will result in a fine equal to 40% of the responsible member’s net worth, which will be awarded to the AyyBetterYuhHall Stabilization Program.
Proposition 19 (Property funding; Owner compensation; Event participation incentives) – Issue 4.5 million YuhKarma in general obligation bond funding to directly support property owners and property-event organizers. Channels registered as Event-Based Properties may receive additional Gold and YuhKarma based on community activity and participation, with reward rates varying by property.
Proposition 20 (Community events; Event scheduling; Participation incentives) – At least one event proposal must be presented to the community for a vote each month, and the selected event must take place within that same month. Members who attend the event and remind the event organizers will receive 1,000 YuhKarma and 1 Gold, with rewards scaling through eligible items such as Halo of the Gilded.
Proposition 21 (Tier-list governance; Voting requirements; Administrative deadlines) – New tier-list suggestions must receive a two-thirds majority vote and, if approved, must be considered and rated within three days after the voting results are finalized.
Proposition 22 (Showrunner voting restrictions; Tax exemptions; Government ethics) – Showrunners may not vote on propositions, events, or tier-list requests. Showrunners are not required to participate in events and are exempt from server state taxes so that their resources may be directed toward causes that benefit the server.
Proposition 23 (Capital punishment; Debt enforcement; Embezzlement penalties) – Reinstate the death penalty for severe offenses, including failing to repay debts exceeding 500,000 YuhKarma or embezzling funds through prohibited methods. Similar offenses may also qualify when an Enforcer determines that the circumstances are sufficiently severe.
Proposition 24 (Law-enforcement appointments; Official training; Government compensation) – An Enforcer must be elected by a two-thirds majority vote to serve a two-week term. Enforcers must complete a training course and standardized examination to demonstrate their knowledge and judgment and will receive compensation for performing official duties, including banning or kicking members, announcing deaths, and maintaining public order.
Proposition 25 (Tax deductions; Gold purchases; Wealth taxes; Community wage funding) – Each purchase made with Gold will qualify as a tax deduction, and members will receive 5,000 YuhKarma at the end of the year for every eligible item they own. By July 14, 2027, members must pay 2% of their current net worth as national funding to support community improvements and increase wages for all working classes.
Disclaimers: These propositions will take effect once the necessary funds have been allocated to their respective purposes and sufficient resources are available to implement the proposed changes.
Additional propositions will be added once the next set of 10 propositions has been established and received sufficient support to be placed on the ballot. This process may occur no more than twice per month, with a minimum of one set of 10 propositions presented every three months.
